Congratulations to our 2024 Compass Program graduates! Educators from Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts partnered with General Dynamics Electric Boat's workforce development team for the summer to learn about the shipbuilding industry and help us welcome and onboard our new shipbuilders. In the fall, they will bring the knowledge and information gained from the Compass Program back to their classrooms to educate students on the career opportunities at Electric Boat.
