San Antonio is one of the top tattoo cities in the nation and now, local tattoo artists are using new machines and ink to create convincing and even photo-realistic illusions on their clients’ skin.

“Photo Realism: Painting With Clarity of Vision,” works by Isapat Azimuth and Geneva Keith Ulm, will be on display this month in the gallery at the Kirk-Bear Canyon Library, 8959 E. Tanque Verde Road.
